: aucun remboursement ne sera effectu si le locataire ne consomme pas
la totalit de la priode propose dans ce forfait. Cette offre est exclusivement rserve aux sjours dagrments et en aucun cas aux sjours
caractres professionnels et ne pourra tre assimile une location de
logement de fonction. Paiement : 50 % la rservation, 50 % avant le
01/05/15. Pour des raisons de scurit, pendant les priodes dabsence, les quipements lectriques doivent tre dbranchs, les arrives
de gaz fermes et le stockage de produits prissables ou dangereux est
interdit. Emplacements : pendant la dure du contrat, aucun changement
demplacement ne peut tre effectu et il est interdit de modifier le matriel
install (tente, caravane, camping-car). Locations : un inventaire contradictoire sera effectu tous les mois. Le locataire accepte le passage du
personnel dentretien ou dune entreprise spcialise mme en dehors de
sa prsence. Seule la taxe de sjour (0.61cts/jour/personne + 13ans)
sera payer du 01/06 au 27/06 et du 05/09 au 27/09 en rapport
vos occupations.

RSERVATIONS : Toute location ne concerne que ltablissement slectionn; elle ne peut tre transfre sur
un autre tablissement propos par RESASOL. Toute location est
nominative et ne peut en aucun cas, tre cde ou sous-loue. La
location ne sera effective quaprs signature du contrat, versement
dun acompte de 25% sur le montant de la location globale
dduire de votre facture de sjour et 40 e de frais de dossier
non remboursables (pour les sjours entre le 27/6/2015 et le
29/8/2015), le tout retourn notre bureau dans un dlai de
8 jours maximum, le solde tant payable intgralement au 1er juin
2015 (pour toutes rservations aprs le 1er juin 2015 la totalit
est payer la signature du contrat). Le non-paiement du solde
la date convenue entranera de plein droit la nullit du contrat sans
mise en demeure pralable.
La location ne devient effective quavec notre accord. Ds rception du contrat et du rglement, un accus de rception vous sera
dlivr. Il devra tre prsent lors de votre arrive la rception
de ltablissement rserv; le numro de la location ne sera donn
qu titre indicatif sans garantie sauf souscription de loption choix
de la location garanti lors de la rservation. Du 27/6/2015 au
29/8/2015, les rservations seffectuent pour une priode de 7
nuits minimum, 10 ou 11 nuits (arrives et dparts les mercredis,
samedis ou dimanches). Pendant ces priodes, les rservations
peuvent se faire en week-end (2 nuits minimum) ou la nuit selon
nos disponibilits aprs accord crit de notre part. Le montant du
sjour sera calcul daprs les dates mentionnes sur le contrat
de location : aucune rduction ne sera consentie pour un dpart
anticip ou une arrive tardive.
ANNULATIONS: ATTENTION : Au cas o vous devriez retarder
votre arrive ou annuler votre sjour, veuillez nous en aviser le
plus tt possible et par crit (les messages tlphons ne sont pas
admis). Si aucune information ne nous parvient, lemplacement
devient disponible ds le lendemain 12 h, il pourra tre attribu
un autre client ; le paiement intgral des prestations demeure
exig titre de dommage et intrts. En cas dannulation, il vous
sera retenu ou vous resterez devoir : a) Les frais de dossier et dassurance. b) titre dindemnit de rupture de contrat : un montant
gal 25 % du cot intgral du sjour, si vous annulez avant le 1er
juin 2015 et un montant gal ou total du sjour, si vous annulez
aprs le 1er juin 2015 ou si vous ne vous prsentez pas la date
darrive prvue. ASSURANCE ANNULATION : Une assurance
annulation facultative est propose dans votre contrat de location.

CONDITIONS DE LOCATION: Pour des raisons de scurit et
dassurance, il est interdit de dpasser le nombre doccupants
prvu par type dhbergement. Le gestionnaire de ltablissement
refusera toute personne au-del de la capacit prvue. Le locataire
sengage respecter le rglement intrieur de ltablissement dont
il dclare avoir pris connaissance. Les animaux sont strictement
interdits lintrieur de la location excepts dans les locations
spcifiques. MINEURS NON ACCOMPAGNS : Les personnes
mineures pourront effectuer un sjour condition dtre accompagnes dune personne majeure, dtre munies dune autorisation
parentale et davoir fait signer le contrat de rservation par un de
leurs parents ou responsable lgal
ARRIVES - DPARTS : larrive les locations sont disponibles
partir de 16 h et jusqu 20 h maximum. La libration de la
location le jour de dpart ne pourra dpasser 10 h. Les emplacements devront tre librs avant 12 h. Au-del, une journe
supplmentaire sera facture. Tout campeur ou locataire est tenu
de se conformer aux dispositions du rglement intrieur de chaque
tablissement. CAUTIONS : Pour les locations de mobil-homes,
cottages, bungalows, chalets et appartements, une caution de
200 e est demande larrive pour couvrir les ventuels dgts du locatif, ainsi quune caution supplmentaire de 95 e pour
couvrir dventuels frais de nettoyage en fin de location. Au plus
tard la veille, vous devrez prendre rendez-vous laccueil pour
linventaire de dpart. La location devra tre rendue en tat normal
de propret; dfaut la caution de 95 e sera retenue. Tout objet
cass, perdu ou endommag au cours du sjour sera factur. En
cas de dpart en dehors des heures normales et si la location est
rendue en bon tat, la caution sera renvoye par voie postale
dans les meilleurs dlais.
ANIMAUX : Les animaux doivent OBLIGATOIREMENT tre tenus
en laisse, porter un collier, tre tatous, vaccins, possder un carnet de vaccination et dclars la rception. Laccs des chiens
de 1re catgorie (chien dattaque) dans les tablissements EST
INTERDIT (arrt Ministriel des 30/06/1992, 22/01/1985,
06/01/1999). Veillez ce que leurs besoins soient faits en dehors des tablissements. DROIT LIMAGE : Lors de votre sjour
vous tes susceptibles dtre pris en photo ou films sur notre site.
Nous pouvons ventuellement utiliser ces photos ou ces films
but commercial ou publicitaire sauf si vous signalez par crit la
rception ds votre arrive votre opposition cette pratique.
ACCS CAMPING : Port du bracelet du camping obligatoire.
LITIGE: Toute rclamation ventuelle concernant la non-conformit
des prestations par rapport aux engagements contractuels doit tre
signale par crit (LRAR) au gestionnaire de ltablissement concern ou RESASOL dans les 30 jours suivants la fin du sjour. En cas
de litige, seul le tribunal de commerce de DAX est comptent.
RESERVATIONS: All rentals only concern the selected
establishment; they cannot be transferred to another establishment offered by RESASOL. All rentals are in your name and
may not, in any case, be transferred or sub-let. The rental will not
be effective until you have signed the contract, including payment
of a deposit of 25% of the total amount which will be deducted
from your holiday bill and e40 non-reimbursable administrative
fee (for stays between 27/06/2015 and 29/08/2015, all to
be sent to our office within a week maximum, the balance being
due in full on 1st June 2015 (for all rentals after 1st June 2015 the
total amount is due on signing of the contract). Non-payment of
the balance by the agreed date will result, by right, in cancelation
of the contract without prior warning.
The rental does not become effective until approved by us. On
reception of the contract and payment, a receipt will be sent to
you. It must be presented on your arrival at the reception of the
reserved establishment; the number of the rental is given only as
an example without guarantee unless you have subscribed to the
guaranteed choice of rental option at the time of reservation. From
22/06/2015 to 31/08/2015, reservations are for a period
of 7 nights minimum, 10 or 11 nights (arrivals and departures
on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays). During these periods,
reservations can be made for weekends (2 nights minimum) or by
the night only with our written approval. The cost of the stay will be
calculated according to the dates given on the rental contract: No
reduction will be given for an early departure or a late arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: NOTE: In the case where your arrival will be
delayed or you must cancel your stay, please advise us as soon as
possible and in writing (telephone messages are not acceptable).
If no information is provided to us, the rental will become available
from 12 noon the next day for re-letting to another customer and
the entire payment for the services remains due as damages and
interest. In the case of a cancellation, you will still be charged
or be responsible for: a) The administrative and insurance fees
. b) As a penalty for breaking the contract: an amount equal to

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS: Minors may stay on condition
that they are accompanied by an adult, in possession of written
parental authorisation and their contract was signed by one of their
parents or a legal guardian.
ARRIVALS DEPARTURES: On arrival, rentals are available from
4pm and up to 8pm maximum. The rental must be vacated on the
day of departure no later than 10am. Pitches must be vacated
before 12 noon. After this time, an extra day will be charged. All
campers and renters are required to comply with the provisions of
the internal regulations for each establishment. DEPOSITS: For rentals of mobile homes, cottages, bungalows, chalets or apartments,
a deposit of e200 is required on arrival to cover any possible
damages to the rental, as well as a supplementary deposit of e95
to cover any possible cleaning charges at the end of the rental.
No later than the evening before, you must make an appointment
for the departure inventory. The rental must be returned in a normal
state of cleanliness. If it is not, the deposit of e95 will be retained.
Any object broken, lost or damaged during the stay will be billed
for. In the case of departure outside normal working hours and if
the rental is returned in good condition, the deposit will be sent by
post as soon as is possible.

sure that their needs are satisfied outside the establishment. IMAGE

for commercial or advertising purposes unless you indicate your
opposition in writing at reception on arrival.
CAMPSITE ACCESS: Wearing of the campsite bracelet is obligatory.
DISPUTES: Any possible claim concerning the non-conformity of
the services with regard to the contractual commitments must be
indicated in writing (registered letter with return receipt) to the
manager of the establishment concerned or to RESASOL within
30 days of the end of the stay. In the event of dispute, only the
commercial court of DAX shall have jurisdiction.
BUCHUNGEN: Jede Anmietung betrifft ausschlielich

das ausgewhlte Etablissement und kann nicht auf ein
anderes von RESASOL angebotenes Etablissement bertragen
werden. Jede Anmietung ist namentlich und kann in keinem Fall
bertragen oder untervermietet werden. Die Anmietung wird erst
nach Unterzeichnung des Mietvertrags und einer Anzahlung in
Hhe von 25 % des Gesamtpreises, die vom Rechnungsbetrag
abgezogen wird, plus 40 e nicht erstattungsfhige Bearbeitungsgebhren (fr alle Aufenthalte zwischen dem 27.06.2015 und
29.08.2015 wirksam. Der Vertrag und die Anzahlung inklusive
Bearbeitungsgebhren mssen unserer Buchungszentrale innerhalb
von hchstens 8 Tagen zugesandt werden. Der Restbetrag fr den
Aufenthalt ist am 01. Juni 2015 fllig (fr Buchungen nach dem
01. Juni 2015 muss die Gesamtsumme bei Unterzeichnung des
Vertrags gezahlt werden). Die Nichtzahlung des Restbetrags am
vereinbarten Datum fhrt von Rechts wegen und ohne vorherige
Mahnung zur Unwirksamkeit des Vertrags.
Die Anmietung wird erst mit unserem Einverstndnis wirksam.
Bei Erhalt des Vertrags und der Zahlung senden wir Ihnen eine
Empfangsbesttigung, die Sie bei Ihrer Anreise an der Rezeption
des Etablissements, in dem sich Ihre gebuchte Unterkunft befindet,
vorlegen mssen. Die Angabe der Unterkunftsnummer ist unverbindlich und stellt keine Garantie dar, auer bei Abschluss der Option
garantierte Unterkunftswahl bei der Buchung. Fr den Zeitraum
vom 22.06.2015 bis 31.08.2015 knnen nur Aufenthalte mit 7
(Mindestaufenthaltsdauer), 10 oder 11 bernachtungen (An- und
Abreise mittwochs, samstags oder sonntags) gebucht werden.
Buchungen fr ein Wochenende (mindestens 2 bernachtungen)
oder eine bernachtung knnen whrend dieses Zeitraums nur je
nach Verfgbarkeit und nach unserem schriftlichen Einverstndnis
erfolgen. Die fr den Aufenthalt zu zahlende Summe wird auf der
Grundlage der Reisedaten auf dem Mietvertrag berechnet: Bei vorzeitiger Abreise oder verspteter Anreise kann keine Ermigung
gewhrt werden.
STORNIERUNGEN: ACHTUNG: Sollten Sie versptet anreisen
oder Ihren Aufenthalt stornieren mssen, benachrichtigen Sie uns
bitte schnellstmglich schriftlich (Benachrichtigungen per Telefon
sind unzulssig). Falls Sie am geplanten Anreisedatum nicht erscheinen und wir keine entsprechende Benachrichtigung erhalten,
kann der Stellplatz am folgenden Tag ab 12 Uhr anderweitig vermietet werden; als Schadensersatz verlangen wir die vollstndige
Zahlung der Leistungen. Im Fall einer Stornierung werden nachstehende Betrge einbehalten oder deren Zahlung gefordert: a) Die
Bearbeitungs- und Versicherungsgebhren b) Als Schadensersatz
wegen Vertragsbruch: 25 % des Gesamtpreises fr den Aufenthalt,
wenn dieser vor dem 01. Juni 2015 storniert wird, der gesamte
Preis fr den Aufenthalt, wenn Sie nach dem 01. Juni 2015 stornieren oder wenn Sie am Tag Ihrer geplanten Anreise nicht erscheinen. REISERCKTRITTSVERSICHERUNG: In Ihrem Mietvertrag
wird Ihnen eine Reisercktrittsversicherung als Option angeboten.

MIETBEDINGUNGEN: Aus Sicherheits- und Versicherungsgrnden
ist es verboten, die fr jede Unterkunft ausgewiesene maximale
Personenanzahl zu berschreiten. Der Verwalter des Etablissements
weist jede Person zurck, mit der die maximale Aufnahmekapazitt einer Unterkunft berschritten wird. Der Mieter verpflichtet sich,
sich an die Haus- bzw. Campingplatzordnung des Etablissements
zu halten und erklrt, diese zur Kenntnis genommen zu haben.
Das Mitbringen von Tieren in die Unterkunft, ausgenommen spezifische Unterknfte, ist strengstens untersagt. MINDERJHRIGE,
DIE NICHT IN BEGLEITUNG EINES ERWACHSENEN REISEN:
Minderjhrige drfen nur in Begleitung eines Erwachsenen, unter
Vorlage einer Einwilligung der Eltern und nach Unterzeichnung
des Buchungsvertrags durch einen Elternteil oder gesetzlichen Vertreter einen Aufenthalt in einem der angebotenen Etablissements
verbringen.
AN - UND ABREISE: Am Anreisetag knnen die Unterknfte zwischen 16 und 20 Uhr bezogen werden. Am Abreisetag mssen
sie um sptestens 10 Uhr gerumt werden. Die Stellpltze sind
vor 12 Uhr zu rumen. Bei berschreitung dieser Zeiten wird ein
zustzlicher Tag in Rechnung gestellt. Jeder Camper und Mieter
muss die Bestimmungen der Campingplatz- bzw. Hausordnung
jedes Etablissements einhalten. KAUTIONEN: Fr Aufenthalte in
Mobilheimen, Cottages, Bungalows, Chalets und Ferienwohnungen wird bei der Anreise eine Kaution in Hhe von 200 e fr
mgliche Schden an der Unterkunft sowie eine Kaution von 95 e
fr eine eventuell erforderliche Endreinigung verlangt. Sptestens
am Vortag Ihrer Abreise mssen Sie sich an der Rezeption melden,
um einen Termin fr die bergabe der Unterkunft und das Inventar
am Abreisetag auszumachen. Die Unterkunft muss in einem normalen Sauberkeitszustand hinterlassen werden. Ist dies nicht der Fall,
wird der Kautionsbetrag in Hhe von 95 e einbehalten. Whrend
des Aufenthalts zerbrochene, verlorene oder beschdigte Einrichtungsgegenstnde werden in Rechnung gestellt. Bei einer Abreise
auerhalb der normalen Abreisezeiten und einer bergabe der Unterkunft in gutem Zustand erhalten Sie Ihre Kaution schnellstmglich
auf dem Postweg zurck.
TIERE: Tiere mssen UNBEDINGT an der Leine gefhrt werden,
ein Halsband tragen, ttowiert und geimpft sein und ber einen
Impfpass verfgen und an der Rezeption gemeldet werden. Hunde
der Kategorie 1 (Kampfhunde) sind in den Etablissements NICHT
ZUGELASSEN (Ministerialerlass vom 30.06.1992, 22.01.1985
und 06.01.1999). Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass Ihr Hund seine
Geschfte auerhalb der Etablissements verrichtet. RECHT AM
EIGENEN BILD: Im Rahmen Ihres Aufenthalts knnen Sie auf unserem Gelnde fotografiert oder gefilmt werden. Wir knnen diese
Fotos oder Filme eventuell zu kommerziellen oder Werbezwecken
verwenden, es sei denn, Sie teilen unserer Rezeption schriftlich bei
Ihrer Anreise Ihren Einspruch gegen eine solche Nutzung mit.
ZUGANG ZUR CAMPINGANLAGE: Das Tragen des Armbands
der Campinganlage ist obligatorisch.
STREITFALL: Jede eventuelle Reklamation bezglich der Nichtbereinstimmung der Leistungen mit den vertraglichen Verpflichtungen
muss dem Verwalter des betroffenen Etablissements oder RESASOL
schriftlich per Einschreiben mit Empfangsbesttigung innerhalb von

a otro establecimiento propuesto por RESASOL. Todos los alquileres son personales y no pueden en ningn caso ser cedidos o
subarrendados. El alquiler se har efectivo despus de la firma
del contrato, el pago de un anticipo del 25% sobre el total de la
estancia, a deducir de la factura global, y el pago de 40 e de
gastos no reembolsables (por estancias entre el 27/06/2015 al
29/08/2015), la totalidad de la suma devuelta a nuestra oficina
en un plazo de 8 das como mximo, y el saldo a pagar en su
totalidad el 1 de junio de 2015 (para todas las reservas el 1
de junio de 2015, la totalidad del importe se paga la firma del
contrato). La falta de pago del saldo a dicha fecha supondr la
nulidad del contrato sin previo aviso.
El arrendamiento se har efectivo slo con nuestro consentimiento.
Tras la recepcin del contrato y su liquidacin, se emitir un
recibo. Deber presentarlo a su llegada a la recepcin del establecimiento reservado; el nmero del alquiler slo tiene valor
orientativo sin garanta, salvo cuando se utiliza la opcin de eleccin en el momento de hacer la reserva. Del 06/22/2015 al
08/31/2015, las reservas se realizan para un periodo mnimo
de 7 noches, o para 10 o 11 noches (llegadas y salidas los mircoles, sbados y domingos). Durante estos perodos, las reservas
se pueden hacer el fin de semana (2 noches mnimo) o de noche,
dependiendo de la disponibilidad en caso de que haya acuerdo
escrito por nuestra parte. La cantidad se calcula a partir de las
fechas indicadas en el contrato de alquiler: no se aplicar ningn
descuento por salida anticipada o llegada tarda.
CANCELACIONES: Advertencia: si usted debe retrasar su llegada o cancelar su estancia, por favor avsenos lo antes posible
y por escrito (no se aceptan los mensajes telefnicos). Si no nos
llegara ninguna informacin, la ubicacin estar disponible el
mismo da despus de las 12 horas, y podr ser asignada a otro
cliente; el pago total de los servicios ser requerido en concepto
de daos e intereses. Si se cancela, le ser retenido o deber pagar: a) la tasa de procesamiento y los seguros. b) Indemnizacin
por incumplimiento de contrato: una cantidad equivalente al 25%
del coste total de la estancia si se cancela antes de 01 de junio
2015 o la tasa total de la estancia si se cancela despus de 01
de junio 2015 o si usted no se presenta a la llegada.
SEGURO DE CANCELACIN: Se ofrece un seguro de cancelacin opcional de su contrato de alquiler. Las condiciones se
pueden leer en nuestro sitio web.
CONDICIONES DE ALQUILER: Por razones de seguridad y de
seguros, est prohibido superar el nmero de ocupantes previstos
por tipo de alojamiento. El gerente del establecimiento denegar
la aceptacin de cualquier persona que supere la capacidad
permitida por el diseo. El cliente se compromete a respetar las reglas del establecimiento, las cuales declara conocer. Los animales
estn estrictamente prohibidos dentro del alojamiento, excepto en
lugares especficos. MENORES NO ACOMPAADOS: Est permitida la estancia de menores de edad siempre y cuando vayan
acompaados de un adulto, con permiso de sus padres y cuando
los padres o el tutor legal haya firmado el contrato de reserva.
LLEGADAS Y SALIDAS: La llegada se realizar desde las 16h
hasta las 20h como mximo. Debe abandonarse el alojamiento
antes de las 10h del da de salida. Las parcelas deben quedar
libres antes de las 12h. En caso contrario, se le cobrar un da
extra. Los campistas o clientes deben cumplir obligatoriamente el
reglamento interno de cada establecimiento.
PRECAUCIONES: Para las casas mviles vacaciones, cabaas,
bungalows, chalets y apartamentos, se realizar un depsito de
200 e a la llegada para cubrir posibles daos del alquiler y un
depsito adicional de e 95 para cubrir un posible suplemento
por limpieza al final del contrato de arrendamiento. A ms tardar
el da anterior, tendr que acudir a recepcin para realizar el
inventario final. El alojamiento debe estar en el estado de limpieza
inicial, en caso contrario, se retendr el depsito de 95 e. Se
cargarn las roturas, prdidas o daos durante la estancia. En
caso de que la salida se realice en horario normal y si el alojamiento quede en buenas condiciones, el depsito ser devuelto
por correo tan pronto como sea posible.

RESERVERINGEN: ieder vakantieverhuur betreft alleen het geselecteerde etablissement; deze kan niet
overgedragen worden naar een ander RESASOL etablissement.
Ieder vakantieverhuur is op naam, en kan in geen enkel geval
worden afgestaan of onderverhuurd. De huur gaat daadwerkelijk
van kracht na ondertekening van het contract, de betaling van een
aanbetaling van 25% van het globale huurbedrag, aftrekbaar van
de totale verblijfskosten, en e40 administratiekosten (niet terugbetaalbaar, voor verblijven tussen 27/6/2015 en 29/08/2015).
Dit alles moet binnen een termijn van uiterlijk 8 dagen naar ons
kantoor gestuurd worden. De totale verblijfskosten moeten op 1
juni 2015 voldaan zijn (reserveringen na 1 juni moeten in hun geheel betaald worden bij ondertekening van het contract). Wanneer
de afbetaling niet voldaan is op de overeengekomen datum, zal
het contract van rechtswege ongeldig verklaard worden, zonder
voorafgaande aanmaning.
De huur gaat alleen van kracht met onze toestemming. Bij ontvangst van het contract en de betaling zal u een ontvangstbewijs
opgestuurd krijgen. Deze moet bij aankomst aan de receptie van
uw gereserveerde vakantieverhuur getoond worden; het huurnummer is ter indicatie, en dus geen garantie, behalve als u gekozen
heeft voor gegarandeerde optiekeuze van de vakantieverhuur bij
het boeken. Van 22/6/2015 tot 31/8/2015 kan er alleen voor
een periode van min. 7 nachten gereserveerd worden, 10 of 11
nachten (aankomst en vertrek op woensdag, zaterdag of zondag).
Tijdens deze perioden kan er in het weekend gereserveerd worden
(minimaal 2 nachten) of per nacht, naar gelang onze beschikbaarheid, na onze schriftelijke toestemming. De totale verblijfskosten
zullen berekend worden op basis van de in het huurcontract aangegeven data: er wordt geen korting gegeven bij voortijdig vertrek
of verlate aankomst.
ANNULERINGEN: PAS OP: in het geval dat u later aankomt of
uw verblijf moet annuleren, wordt u verzocht dit zo snel mogelijk
schriftelijk te melden (telefonische berichten worden niet geaccepteerd). Mochten wij geen informatie ontvangen, zal de standplaats
vanaf de volgende dag 12u weer beschikbaar worden, en kan
dus aan een andere gast toegekend worden; de volledige betaling
van de diensten worden gend als schadevergoeding. Bij annulering wordt afgetrokken of moet u betalen: a) De administratie- en
verzekeringskosten. b) Als schadevergoeding voor contractbreuk:
een bedrag gelijk aan 25% van de totale verblijfkosten, indien
u annuleert voor 1 juni 2015, en een bedrag gelijk aan of de
volledige verblijfskosten, wanneer u annuleert na 1 juni 2015, of
indien u zich niet meldt op de overeengekomen aankomstdatum.
ANNULERINGSVERZEKERING: In het huurcontract wordt een
vrijblijvende annuleringsverzekering geboden. de voorwaarden
staan op onze website.
HUURVOORWAARDEN: Om verzekering- en veiligheidsredenen, is het verboden om het maximaal aantal personen per vakantieverhuur te overschrijden. De beheerder van het etablissement
zal ieder persoon boven de capaciteit weigeren. De huurder
zal de huisregels van het etablissement respecteren, waarvan
hij verklaard kennis genomen te hebben. Huisdieren zijn strikt
verboden in de vakantieverhuur, behalve wanneer aangegeven.
MINDERJARIGEN ZONDER TOEZICHT: Minderjarigen kunnen
op de camping verblijven, op voorwaarde vergezeld te worden
van een meerderjarige, met schriftelijke ouderlijke toestemming, en
het reserveringscontract te hebben laten tekenen door n van hun
ouders, of wettelijke voogd.
AANKOMST - VERTREK: Bij aankomst is de vakantieverhuur
beschikbaar vanaf 16u, tot uiterlijk 20u. Op de vertrekdag moet
de vakantieverhuur uiterlijk om 10u weer vrij zijn. Standplaatsen
moeten uiterlijk 12u weer vrij zijn. Indien later, zal een extra dag
in rekening gebracht worden. De kampeerder en huurder worden
geacht zich te houden aan de huisregels van ieder etablissement.
BORG: voor het verhuur van stacaravans, cottages, bungalows,
chalets en appartementen, wordt een borgsom van e200 gevraagd bij aankomst om eventuele schade in de vakantieverhuur
te dekken, en nog een borgsom van e95 om eventuele eindschoonmaakkosten te dekken. Uiterlijk de avond tevoren moet u
een afspraak maken bij de receptie voor de eindinventaris. De
vakantieverhuur moet schoon afgeleverd worden; indien niet het
geval zal de borgsom van e95 ingehouden worden. Gebroken,
verloren of beschadigde voorwerpen tijdens het verblijf zullen in
rekening gebracht worden; In geval van vertrek buiten de openingstijden, en wanneer de vakantieverhuur netjes is afgeleverd,
zal de borgsom zo snel mogelijk per post verstuurd worden.
HUISDIEREN: huisdieren moeten VERPLICHT aan de lijn, een halsband dragen, getatoeerd zijn, ingent, in bezit zijn van een
Europees dierenpaspoort, en aangegeven worden bij de receptie.
Honden van de 1e categorie (vechthonden) ZIJN VERBODEN
in het etablissement (ministerieel besluit van 30/06/1992,
22/01/1985, 06/01/1999). Zorg ervoor dat ze hun behoeften buiten de vakantieverhuur doen. RECHT OP AFBEELDING:
tijdens uw verblijf kan u op ons terrein gefotografeerd, of gefilmd
worden. Wij kunnen deze fotos of films eventueel gebruiken voor
reclamedoeleinden, behalve wanneer u schriftelijk bij de receptie
aangeeft dat u hier niet van gediend bent.
TOEGANG CAMPING: op de camping moet verplicht armband
gedragen worden.
GESCHIL: eventuele klachten betreffende niet-overeenstemmende
dienstverleningen t.o.v. contractuele verplichtingen moeten schriftelijk gesignaleerd worden (aangetekende brief met ontvangstbewijs)
aan de betreffende campingbeheerder, of aan RESASOL binnen
30 dagen na het einde van uw verblijf. Bij geschillen is alleen
handelsrechtbank van DAX bevoegd.
