    Congo Brazzaville, 09/24/2015 : The Congolese opposition reacted strongly to the announcement Tuesday of the President of Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso want to change the Constitution so that 71, he has reached the age limit imposed by the Constitution which limits to two the number of mandate that head of state, in office since 2002, will be made at the next Presidential in 2016.

    announcement Tuesday of the President of Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso want to
    change the Constitution so that 71, he has reached the age limit imposed by the
    Constitution which limits to two the number of mandate that head of state, in
    office since 2002, will be made at the next Presidential in 2016.
    The first secretary of the Pan-African Union for Social Democracy (UPADS), Pascal Mabiala Tsaty,
    spoke of a "declaration of war the Congolese people, "while representing the Republican Front for
    the respect of the constitutional order and democratic change (FROCAD) in Europe, Joseph
    Ouabari Mariotti, called Denis Sassou Nguesso" create the election of his successor conditions ".
