The “M” Word

I just wanted to thank Oxygen magazine for the menopause article in the July/August 2017 issue. I have been an avid reader since 1998. I am a fit, 40-year-old woman who had a complete hysterectomy (including cervix and ovaries) in December 2016 due to adenomyosis. It’s important to include articles like this because menopause can even hit before the typical age and because fitness is extremely important at any age.
