The government of Congo declared a new outbreak of Ebola after at least two people were infected and possibly as many as 17 died â from the disease in the country's northwest.
"Our country is facing another virus, which constitutes an international public health emergency," the Democratic Republic of the Congo's health ministry said in a statement.
