MATERIALS

• Patons Cotton Blend 8 ply 50g: 12 (20) balls of Cream (03) and six (nine) balls of Natural (04) – see Note

• Pair of 5.00mm (UK /US) knitting needles

• 4.00mm (UK 8/US) circular knitting needle 80cm (in) long

• 5.00mm (UK /US) crochet hook

• 3m (3 3/8yd) smooth scrap yarn in a contrasting colour (provisional cast-on)

• Wool needle

Finished sizes: medium throw 135 x 100cm (53 x 39 1/2in); large throw 160 x 136cm (63 x 53 1/2in) approx.
