READ: Fiona Hill, David Holmes Opening Statements For Thursday's Impeachment Hearing

Former Russia Director for the National Security Council Fiona Hill as well as David Holmes, a U.S. diplomat from the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, are testifying in the inquiry.
