But there is a more serious side to this, which is why Sarah Ann Macklin, having been immersed in the modelling industry and seen firsthand the personal issues affecting young women working in fashion, decided to take action.

After several years of study, she founded the Be Well Collective, an initiative that supports not just models (and not just through the stressful times of Fashion Week) but anyone wishing to improve their nutrition, reduce stress, and generally ramp up their self-care in a world that — especially post-digital age — has become almost inhumanely hyperactive.
