    New Zealander Jonathan Bree likes to take an unconventional approach to his music making. Keeping his face hidden behind a mask, he lets his oddball pop music – typified by viral hit “You’re So Cool” – do the talking. As he explained when we caught up with him, he currently works mostly on the road, before finishing tracks off in a studio, and sending the results for remote mixing and mastering at London’s historic Abbey Road.
