THIS MONTH: Is yawning dangerous?  Stopping the spread of an infection  Husband’s bedroom problem

Q As part of the battle against the middle-aged spread, I’ve started trying to do more exercise. But I’ve noticed when I’m in a Zumba or spinning class I start yawning, even though I’m not tired! Is this dangerous? Is there anything I can do about it?
