HOW WE TESTED
We assessed the air velocity (wind speed from all angles), the rotation speed of the fan blades, and looked at ease of use, additional features as well as weight and noise.
Common features:
• OSCILLATING HEAD: This feature moves the air around. Desktop fans generally give you a blast of cooling air at close range, but you’ll barely feel the air move on the other side of the room.
• TILT ACTION:This allows you to manoeuvre the head of the fan up and down.
