recent survey commissioned by the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) has shown that almost three-quarters of adults in the UK have felt so stressed at some point during the last year that they were left feeling unable to cope. It also revealed that 32 per cent had experienced suicidal thoughts due to the severity of the stress.
