Concerns raised on excise duty change

If there were ever a case of an industry being harmed by the unforeseen consequences of government policy, that is what stands to happen if Treasury plans for VED aren’t amended.

As NCC Director General John Lally (see right) says, a motorhome (used perhaps a dozen times a year, for surprisingly ecofriendly family holidays) is not the same thing as a car (used even up to a dozen times a day, for the commute, the school run, those quick trips to the shops and so on).
