QUEST NEWMARKET VOTED TOP FRANCHISEE

JOHN AND SUE Harvey of Quest Newmarket were named Franchisee of the Year at the annual Quest Apartment Hotels New Zealand and Fiji Network Conference late last year. Global property management software developer RMS took out Supplier of the Year. The Harveys said it was an honour to be recognised with the award. “Both Sue and I share this with the rest of our team at Quest Newmarket who all play a huge part in contributing to our success,” said John. “We take pride in the fact that as a team we have been recognised by Quest Corporate Office for our work and our level of customer service. Our simple ethos is to keep the customer happy and they will return.” The conference featured technical workshops and presentations with special interactive sessions from health and wellbeing to workshops on how to leverage brands at a local level. There was also a business planning session with Zac de Silva. The conference offered franchisees guidance on how to successfully implement best practice and overcome challenges within their franchise to optimise business performance.
