Q So, Josh, it’s probably one of the most boring questions but one we have to ask the new kid on the block, who is Josh Coburn?

As boring of a question as it may be, I will try my best to give you the most interesting, or more so honest of answers, so here goes. I’m a 24-year-old business owner and fitness enthusiast who is hellbent on a mission to make an impact on the world of health and fitness. My goal is to inspire others to become the best version of themselves by spreading my message of a positive mindset, as I believe once you can obtain that, then you can achieve anything!

To tell the truth, I didn’t always think that way. I spent countless years frightened by the prospect of never amounting to anything, consumed by negative thoughts and self-doubt which crippled the positive actions I longed to take. I knew deep down that I had the skill-sets and talents to achieve great things, as I believe we all do in our own weird and wonderful way. However, my frustration weighed me down like an anchor, ultimately leading me to possibly the darkest, yet most awakening moment of my life, being fired from my dead-end job. It’s fair to say that this couldn’t have happened at worse time either, as myself and my fiancé had recently just moved into our first home together. It had jeopardised everything.
