This projects integrates sustainable thinking into all design elements to deliver a healing and therapeutic environment. Green roofs reduce glare and heat island effect, while improving acoustic and thermal performance, and gathering rain. A cogeneration and trigeneration plant allows the simultaneous generation of electricity, heating and cooling.
