elleys Storm Sealant is made with Sil-X advanced polymer technology so that it can be used on wet or dry surfaces, even in the rain, to stop leaks in an instant, with a cure time of 48 hours. It has excellent UV resistance and long-lasting flexibility, and, unlike silicone, it can be painted with waterbased paint.
