WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO START YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY?

I was never as slim as I really wanted to be. I’m built in a way that I really need to watch what I eat. My whole family is like this, except my father. When I was in school I always had a bit of ‘puppy fat’. Motivation has never been an issue for me. I started to exercise when I was 19, I don’t even know why I didn’t start it before. AT that time fitness had just begun to be commercialised. Gyms were set up with not the goal to improve public health but to stimulate the desire of people to keep fit and have fun. I was happy seeing my body change, people came to me asking for advice at the gym. My body was so grateful, I became addicted.
