A personal word
“I would like to start by sharing a very personal testimony. The Lord called me to start a discipleship year in 1998 that would impact the lives of post-school youth. I designed the process by incorporating my engineering degree, collaboration with industrial psychologists, several years of high school teaching and leadership development experience, as well as running a youth group at our home. The Lord brought it all together and, 21 years later, I am still overwhelmed with the miraculous change I see in young people almost every day
