Elephant in the room

First up, don’t mistake this article as me professing to be an expert on the matter. This serves as observations from spending a lot of time in Africa, which I have done for many years, and comes from both my own experiences and discussions with people on the ground. Secondly, this piece is little more than a top-level view of the situation, and gives initial thoughts.
