Baigneux-les-Juifs used to be the terminus of a metre gauge branch line originating at Aisey-sur-Seine, on the Chemins de Fer Départementaux de la Côte-d’Or network, itself controlled by a larger railway operator, the Chemins de Fer du Sud de la France.
