WHAT IS IT?

I have been a long time subscriber to the Heritage Commercials magazine. I have come across this picture, which has been taken at Guisborough, North Yorkshire. I wonder if someone could Identify the type and make of this truck. Also any information on when it was manufactured. If someone is able to do this, we would be able to update the archives at the Guisborough museum.
