How do you perceive food?

“Food in the French culture represents a way of living – an art of living. We respect produce and flavours. I was raised by my grandmother in the countryside. My grandfather was a butcher. They taught us how to savour the beautiful things that nature offers. I’d go for walks in the woods with my grandparents and they would teach me about the flora and fauna. I wanted to become a chef ever since my grandparents
