a pregnant woman arrives to the completion of her third trimester, the body starts preparing for birth. Apart from other signals that the baby is ready to come out, the major one is the mother’s amniotic sac rupturing. In colloquial terms, this is known as ‘waters bursting’, wherein the amniotic fluid ie, liquor amnii starts leaking/gushing down the woman’s cervix.
