MATERIALS

• Scraps of assorted print fabrics to total about 70cm (3/4yd). For each block, you will use two fabrics: one should be darker in value than the other

• 25cm ( 3/8yd) grey fabric (border)

• Batting at least 66cm (26in) square

• 15cm ( 1/4yd) peach stripe print fabric (binding) — see Note

• 70cm ( 3/4yd) backing fabric

• Rotary cutter, ruler, 45-degree triangle and mat

• Sewing machine with 1/4in foot
