HOW LYDDEN HILL IS READY TO EMBRACE A BUSY FUTURE

January 30 this year was a huge day for Lydden Hill Race Circuit, and it wasn’t even a race weekend.

While February 4 1967 is arguably the venue’s most famous date as the host of the first ever rallycross meeting, this year’s milestone could be the most important in the venue’s history since it was established in 1955.

After seven years’work, in January Dover District Council’s planning committee granted approval for a £5.5 million development to the venue and has secured its future.
