THE POWER OF CIRCLES

There’s something magical about circles. They have, after all, been in our landscapes for thousands of years—just think of the stone rings of Stonehenge in England. Circles continue to shape our gardens today, both formal and informal. They may lie flat on the landscape, frame vistas, create doorways, or even appear in our gardens as three-dimensional spheres.
