Goodbye FOMO

Living in lockdown has unquestionably been one of the biggest challenges most of us have ever faced, and there’s nothing like mandatory isolation to make you yearn for the fun and frivolity of our former existence. But while the coronavirus pandemic has indeed been emotionally distressing and deeply worrying, there are perhaps lessons we can all learn from this cruelly imposed new way of low-key living.

Taking a step back and doing precious little in some ways helps to reboot the soul, showing us clearly what matters most: our loved ones and our health. If there are any positives to glean from the crisis, it’s that we all have the ability to live more slowly and more mindfully, while communicating more meaningfully with friends and family. So, when
