When life gets busy and stressful, our sleep is usually the first thing to suffer. During the pandemic, worries about finances, health and everything else are literally keeping us awake at night. Research by sleep specialist brand This Works found that 40% of adults rated their sleep as bad or terrible during lockdown and over half reported more broken sleep.
