WHAT IS ARTHRITIS?
It’s a common condition that causes joint pain and inflammation, stiffness and limited movement, and it does typically get worse with age.
‘The word arthritis means “inflammation in the joints”,’ explains Dr Holden. ‘Inflammation is a difficult thing to describe, but it is part of the body’s normal healing process.
