New research has discovered that there is a link between eating ultra-processed foods and increased cardiovascular disease, and early death.
Ultra-processed foods include chemicals, colourings, sweeteners or preservatives which are often found in foods such as; ice cream, biscuits, sausages, breakfast cereals and mass-produced bread.
