THE CHAMOMILE CURE

Stepping outside on to the towpath each morning, I have three plants that I have to feel and breathe in: blackcurrant mint, lavender and chamomile. Between them they hit all the senses, leaving me calm, awake and uplifted. What are your go-to plants? Do you have a morning garden ritual?
