- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This book covers the principle of accountability. The author explains the need for settling expectations and following up with people to make sure expectations are met. The manager must explain the reason for completing tasks and get buy in from the workers. The book elaborates on this idea with examples from business. The principles in the book are valuable and logical. The ideas are repeated and explained to the point of boredom. I recommend this book to managers.
