Emotional Intelligence 2.0 delivers a step-by-step program for increasing your emotional intelligence using the four core EQ skills-self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management-to exceed your goals and achieve your fullest potential.

For the first time ever in a book, Drs. Bradberry and Greaves unveil TalentSmart's revolutionary program to help people identify their EQ skills, build these skills into strengths, and enjoy consistent performance in the pursuit of important life objectives. This audiobook contains proven strategies from a decade-long effort to accurately measure and increase emotional intelligence. I had high expectations and the author succeeded to deliver, with a sense of humour and a clear insight into EQ. I found this to be incredibly insightful and also I've learnt a few tips, mostly eveything was an overall revision. Nothing was repeated which I hate during some books.. Futhermore, I loved the fact you were able to give examples and reasons behind certain emotions. Thank YOU

It’s an okay book. But , not really a book that is suitable as an intro for the topic. Read it to enhance your knowledge .

Extremely boring and painful to listen at times! The reader kept reading as if he was the gender in order to have intonation and emphasis differences. It was just awful.

I really wanted to like this book, but it was really hard to focus on what was being said. Many of the examples related to someone in a co--working environment, which is not my experience since I am a business owner.

Also the cliches were over the top. Really quite disappointed with this one, and I am moving onto another book that focuses on EQ.

This book is one of the most important books you will read. I plan to have my 10 year old read it. I consider myself very self aware, but there are still some items I needed to work on. Please read this book. More than once. Keep for reference.

Good book with sensible advice to manage emotions and increase social awareness. I think it could have benefited from more examples that were not super generic, perhaps more real life examples. Overall, a good introduction to emotional intelligence.

Ridiculous and shallow to the point of being offensive. Goleman's first book on emotional intelligence was good. This one is crap.
The online test is a joke. The questions are so dependent on the way you see yourself and your behaviour, that even an emotional idiot could come up with a very high QE if that's how he sees himself!
