      I enjoyed this! I expected the suddenness of the relationship between Billie and Nick to become really implausible, but strangely, it worked. I pretty much had the bad guy figured out by the end, but that doesn't bother me in a book like this -- it's really not about the mystery. I don't think this series has the same charm as the Stephanie Plum series, but I think it should stand well on its own!

      I had only ever read Motor Mouth and Metro Girl by this author (which I found fun and enjoyable reads) and decided to read this series before moving on to the ultra-popular Stephanie Plum series. However, this story turned out to be disappointingly flat.

      Nothing earth-shattering in this story of a romance between a millionaire and a single mom who decides to get some horse riding lessons. Add in his cousin who is marring a wrestler and his other cousin who seems determined to blow everything up and you get a story that really is quite fun.Not something that you really could describe as great literature but it's a harmless entertainment novel.

      Nick Kaharchek is a rich and runs a horse stable and riding school. Billie Pearce is a divorced mother of two. They meet when she takes a riding lesson. As they grow to know each other a former financee and Nick's relatives throw obstacles in their way.

      I adore Evanovich's writing and her colourful characters. This book is written in conjunction with her friend Charlotte Hughes and, yes, this does make a the style notably different. It's more chick lit than Evanovich's Plum novels and written much earlier, but not at all disappointing.Billie Pearce is a divorced mother of two who teaches sixth grade. While her young children are away for the hols with her ex, she decides she wants to impress them by taking up polo. The sexy polo teacher happens to be the tall, dark, handsome (and rich) Nick Kaharchek. While he is fascinated by her complete and utter lack of co-ordination, he has bigger problems. His two crazy cousins are staying with him - one, a 16 year old boy, keeps blowing things up. The other, an ex-beauty queen, is about to get married.He coerces Billie into taking in the ex-beauty queen, telling himself that it's for her safety (who knows what a teenager with explosives is capable of?). But that's only part of the reason. Stowing his cousin with her will give him an excuse to see her...Of course, because this is an Evanovich novel, there has to be crime and drama and interesting villains that make you laugh out loud and lovable well-rounded characters you can't help but miss once you've turned the final page.Luckily, this is the first in a series of "Full" novels. While it stands entirely on its own, it leaves you craving more of the quick-witted, fast paced adventure that Evanovich loves to offer.Unlike most fiction in this genre, all the characters are well-rounded and memorable, the situations are believable and while there may be a touch of fantasy when it comes to rambling mansions, sensitive millionaires and horse riding lessons, it's aaalmost plausible. Plausible enough, in any case, to make for a great read.

      Full House is about Billie a single mother of two and Nick a wealthy playboy who is using her. He falls in love with her while they are acting like a couple. Nicks family is a little crazy and things go horribly wrong on the wedding day. A great book that has me looking forward to the rest of the series. I haven't felt like this about her series since the begining of the Stephanie Plum series.

      I am not a romance reader. This book was light but the story far fetched. It happens in less than a week and to a recently divorced mother of two. If you can suspend your disbelief, it is probably enjoyable.

      Good book. Kinda similar to the stephanie plum series but not as good. i will def. try the rest in the series. Some great laugh out loud moments in this book.

      This was a really quick read, and a fairly interesting book. I was afraid it'd be all romance with little to no mystery or intrigue, but I was pleasantly surprised. Granted, it can probably only be loosely categorized as a mystery, but probably a cozy mystery.The main character, Billie, falls for Nick, who's known around town as a sexy womanizer, love 'em and leave 'em type. But in Billie, Nick finds something that he's been missing in his life. This story deals with his struggle as much as hers, in overcoming their hesitancy surrounding their feelings for each other. Nick, because Billie, divorced with 2 children, represents stability and a stark departure from his wild ways. While from Billie's perspective, Nick represents danger, and thinking back to her unfaithful husband, the kind of man who cannot be trusted. The story progresses with both characters working out their feelings toward each other, while in the background, a rash of break-ins and other goings-on are plaguing Billie's neighborhood (which is where the mystery part comes in). The mystery part comes to a head towards the end when the Billie is put in danger by someone she thought she could trust, and of course, Nick arrives to save the day.In conclusion, I was happy with the way it all turned out, and though not as good as the Stephanie Plum series, I'm interested enough to read the rest of the books in Janet Evanovich's Full series.

      Janet Evanovich is very honest about this book: 'I wrote and published the original in 1989....Charlotte Hughes and I now have made it bigger and better.'Charlotte Hughes may have made it bigger, but she did not make it better. Friends who have read the original smaller version liked it; no one I've talked to has liked this version.The characters are typical Evanovich and delightful; the plot seems to be going along nicely, and then the padding begins. Plot is going in all directions and the charm of the Evanovich books is no where in sight.I bought this book after reading the first four or so chapters; they were a delight. Then the book got boring; I started skipping paragraphs, then pages, then raced on to the improbable ending.

      Sadly, if I had started reading Janet Evanovich with the Full series, I may not have continued on to read her Stephanie Plum series. Now, I know this is an older novel rereleased, but it just doesn't work for me. But that it with a grain of salt, because I'm not a flat-out romance kind of person. Full House has a bit of action with it, but just not what I'm used to from Evanvich, and in the long run it takes second place to the unbelievable romance between Billie and Nick.
