About this audiobook
I felt the wind rustle, warning me, telling me to get out of its path-but I didn't. I never stood a chance.
A series of weather and road mishaps leave me trapped in the middle of a blizzard with a complete stranger. In the back of a pickup truck. For forty-eight freakin' hours.
A stranger with long hair, tattoos, and rippling with muscle.
A stranger with an insanely sexy voice and a wicked smile that turned my insides to jelly.
A stranger who held me in his arms, calmed me, and then set a fire in me that I couldn't put out.
Some people chase storms for the beautiful thrill. What happens when the storm chases you?Contains mature themes.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5This is the most annoying Heroine ever made worst with a TERRIBLE Voice Narration done by CJ. Bloom! The narrator sounded like she was paid to pi#s off as many listeners as possible by affecting a voice that is worst than the sound of nails on a Chalkboard!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This book has some morally grey tones to it. Specifically, cheating. I think depending on how you look at it you'll either accept what happens or totally hate it and this book. The book was ok. The story flowed and there was an HEA.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It was an amazing listen !!!! I definitely recommend it
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5When I started this book, I had a hard time with the narrator’s voice for Evelyn, the heroine. But, I’m so glad I stuck it out! I found Carian Cole’s Storm to be well-written, with great depth in MCs and a storyline that kept my interest throughout.
I really enjoyed how Cole created a Hero who had foibles as a result of the rock lifestyle, but inherently he wasn’t a stereotypical rock star. She deftly crafted incremental growth in confidence and independence in the heroine throughout the book. The narrator’s voice for the h changed accordingly, as well. Truly excellent!
Sexy and unexpectedly sweet, the audiobook of Cole’s Storm blew me away! - Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/53.5 ⭐

So many missed opportunities here.
It just doesn't have enough pages to delve into all the issues.
Evie is on her way to a conference when she gets stuck on a road in a full blown blizzard. Fortunately, she isn't the only one travelling this road. A stranger pulls up and helps her after a little crash. They set to go to his cabin when another accident happens and they end up stuck in his truck for a couple of days. Little does Evie know that she just got herself an extended meet and greet with the famous musician, Storm Valentine.
So many deep problems here were just glossed over. Storm's rocky teenage years, Evie's loss, her anxiety, his womanising days, her relationship with Michael. All that was covered on a surface level and lacked the emotional punch I just crave from Carian.
No third act breakup, single POV. It would've been a 3 ⭐ if it wasn't for my love CJ Bloom narration. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Just gold! Fantastic story, love it and Carian Cole !
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Wonderful read, I loved the plot. It was sweet and easy. I will definitely be getting into the rest of the series as well!
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5The tension and mystery was missing for me in this romance. You just know where it’s all heading. I just felt it wasn’t my type of book. I like the will they, won’t they and this felt too predictable.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Curse me and my inability to just read out of order.-Girl next door in a relationship meets rock star and his dog but doesn't realize it.It was just a strange book overall, I kept reading because: SNOWED IN!!It read like a very rough first novel with not a lot to it. i am not mad I read it, I probably would've just scrolled through the news or whatever so I was plenty entertained and I'll see how the rest of the series plays out. The idea, if not the execution, behind the intimacy between the characters is why I am curious how the author grows.

this is the second book I have read by Carian Cole and I enjoyed this one just as much as the first. Absolutely loved Storm what a bad boy but also so sweet and adorable and Evelyn when she actually let go was the perfect match for this cheeky hotty. Hated Michael with a passion, I would have kicked that losers butt to the kerb years ago what a douche, Evie was well rid, I really enjoyed the playful tone to this story and the banter of these two lovers. what a great read this was.
