some useful information, but the book tends to repeat itself alot. The book could have been much shorter and still got the same message across

Loved the real life examples, great practical tools are great

Like how this simplifies a significant part of training design and has some good takeaways for most if not all endurance athletes. I have definitely suffered from the trying to replace low intensity with less high intensity expecting equal gains. When I have time to exercise I struggle to not go hard and therefore can rarely go long.

Excellent book, and would give 5 stars, but where is the included PDF that he mentions 500 times?

I was intrigued by the concept. Very detailed and can be confusing to listen to. imagine the hard copy/pdf version would be more helpful given the visual nature of the charts and tables referenced in the book.
