    Pretty basic explanation of the different kinds of Intermittent fasting. Author does talk about muscular atrophy while fasting, and also suggests not eating a lot of meats while trying to eat clean. To keep from losing too much muscle, you should be eating at least .6 grams of protein per pound of goal body weight to maintain adequate muscle mass for that weight. Especially if you are lifting heavy. Some men will require. 8 grams. Though the author was right about trying to eat your meats as close to its natural form as possible.
