    Great overview of the topic and easy to read or listen to.

    While much of the information is good, there are many contradictory statements about fasting and far too much focus on calories. Also disagree completely with the notion that fasting while trying to conceive is a no-no. Many experts and doctors implement fasting in the protocols for women trying to conceive. Lots of good information but not so good information undermines the overall message.
