About this audiobook

On the darkest night, the stars still shine.

Feyre’s first Winter Solstice as High Lady is drawing near. With it will come a hardearned rest from the work that she, Rhysand and their friends have done to rebuild the Night Court and the vastly changed world beyond. Yet the festive
atmosphere can’t keep shadows from looming.

Even as her own heart heals, she finds that those dearest to her have wounds that go deeper than she knew. And the scars of the past will touch her court in times to come.

I believe this book was written in attempts to tie up all the lose enfs; however, it left me with more questions than answers. I

Short and sweet. Not as fun as the others, but provides a good insight I to the characters and their personalities.
Also, I like that the author doesn't pretend that all is nice and happy after a war.

Simple enough I love it! I love the little extra spark of joy I got before continuing on to ACOSF.

If you love the series this is a great quick breather since the last two book had so much going on.

It has some continuing on what they were to do after the war and ways they planned to handle it.

I love that we got to see most of everyone's POV. I hope to get more of that in ACOSF

I loved the gallery and paint classes Feyre opened for the children! So cute and nice!

I loved all the celebration they had for Winter Solstice and Feyre birthday. Again a very nice touch of joy before tackling ACOSF. If you love the series you'll love this little added Novella (:

Completely pointless. I absolutely loved these series, and after listening to this short sequel I’m baffled as to why it had to be written. It doesn’t add anything at all to how the trilogy was concluded. Nothing. There’s no story. Quite disappointing.

A beautiful ending to a fantastic series. I'll take as much Feyre and Rhysand as I can get.

    Beautiful.

It felt like things were being wrapped up and unraveled at the same time.
    I’m excited to read more

I really liked this book. I had seen so many reviews saying that it's filler and it can be skipped, but I think the book did a great job showing how, not only Rhysand and Feyre's inner circle is coping after the war, but also the people of Velaris.

It was very slow. Hoping it's just a "filler book"

Medicore - I love this series, I totally binged the first 3 books ACOTAR one after the other and thought it had some of the most masterful fantasy story telling I have ever read. So of course when I was done I wanted to see what was next. I tried this novella but honestly I found it quite mediocre compared to the first three books. Now I’m going to read the next full length book in the series - Nesta & Cassians story, I hope that one is a better spin off book than this one. I also hope we get love stories for all of the other major characters - Mor, Azriel, Lucien and Elaine.

ACOTAR holiday episode. Nothing of note really happens in this novella in comparison to the rest of the series. If you’re lukewarm on the general story, you can skip this episode, it’s filler.

Sickly sweet and no story arch. I listened to the entire book waiting for it to start, but then narrator said "the end". With that long build up there needs to be an amazing reward.. But none ever comes. Best voice though, and I'm sad to see next book has yet another speaker.

I have been truly enjoying this series, but this book was just meh. There really wasn’t too much exciting in it. Nothing resolved—Nesta and Tamlin especially. I know it will happen in the next one, I just feel like this entire book was a “filler.”

A slow book compared to others, I didn’t think the events that followed the war needed it’s own book. But since it was short I listened to it regardless

This book is 6 hours compared to her normal 24-32 hour books. This is my favorite series, but this book didn’t add too much to the story. I’m looking forward to the next. Still sweet, but so short
