About this series
The Ryan administration is determined to thwart China's ambitions, but the stakes are dangerously high as a new breed of powerful Chinese anti-ship missiles endanger the US Navy's plans to protect the island. Meanwhile, Chinese cyber warfare experts have launched a devastating attack on American infrastructure. It's a new combat arena, but it's every bit as deadly as any that has gone before.
Jack Ryan, Jr. and his colleagues at the Campus may be just the wild card that his father needs to stack the deck. There's just one problem: someone knows about the off-the-books intelligence agency and threatens to blow their cover sky high.
Marc Cameron
A native of Texas, Marc Cameron has spent over twenty-nine years in law enforcement. His assignments have taken him from rural Alaska to Manhattan, from Canada to Mexico and points in between. A second degree black belt in jujitsu, he often teaches defensive tactics to other law enforcement agencies and civilian groups. Cameron presently lives in Alaska with his wife and his BMW motorcycle.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Book was great and entertaining but had challenges with the actual recording. Felt like I lost some of the story but went backwards and it caught up.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Can’t say..the end probably…I found it too drawn out, too many things happening and also feel concern how China is behaving now in real life as if this book was their script for future actions ..a lot of it already happening right now,,I believe China would, now feel that it has every forecast re a war etc written word by word S they seem to want to rule the world…morons.. and they can correct anything that thwarts them before it happens..I really only continued to listen to know the outcome which I am sure will be corrected by the Chinese in their favour..I skipped some parts or walked away for awhile because I felt like the Western world had been sold out and these days that possibility re the world is no longer fiction ..especially life as we have known it in a few Western society..my opinion is that immigration is nit fixing the world, it’s going to contribute to ending it..
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Mr. Clancy’s writing skills are sadly deteriorating. The books that made him famous didn’t rely on foul language like this one did to convey his message. Nevertheless, this was a decent book, if disappointing.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I did not expect anything less from Tom Clancy. I have read or listened to several of his books and I have found each of them most interesting. I am an Engineer with a PhD degree, and firmer Naval Office and I confess that I have been always amazed with detail and accurate technical information in his books. This particular book, “Locked In”, in addition to technical and military information has depicted an accurate picture of the culture dominating in Russia, USA, Pakistan, and India. Not an easy task to overcome. I really enjoyed listening to the book and narration was fantastic as well. You can guess what will be my next book? You guessed it right, another interesting book by Tom Clancy...
