About this audiobook
A groundbreaking and inspiring book that provides the nine keys that can lead to a spontaneous remission from cancer-even after conventional medicine has failed.
Early in her career, Kelly Turner, Ph.D., a researcher, lecturer, and counselor in Integrative Oncology, was shocked to discover that no one was studying episodes of radical remission, when people recover against all odds without the help of conventional medicine, or after conventional medicine has failed. She was so fascinated by this kind of remission that she spent eight years travelling through ten countries to learn what factors that people experiencing this phenomenon encountered. Her evidence presents nine factors that she believes can help even terminal patients turn their lives around. They are:
“ Radically changing your diet
“ Deepening your spiritual connection
“ Increasing positive emotions
“ Releasing suppressed emotions
“ Taking herbs and vitamins
“ Using intuition to help inform health decisions
“ Taking control of one’s health
“ Having strong reasons to live
“ Receiving social support
Every chapter of Radical Remission includes a dramatic story of one person’s journey back to wellness. The insight that the possibilities for healing are more abundant than we had previously known will give people concrete ways to defy the prognoisis of terminal cancer. It chronicles people from all walks of life, and from all over the world. This is a book for those who are in the midst of receiving conventional cancer treatment, who are looking for other options because that treatment has done all that it can, but who still have hope.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book about cancer remission and healing good sound quality
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A wonderful book full of helpful information. I loved it.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I like this book a lot because it helps me to know the positive relationship between health and ... fasting, diet, meditation, prayer, exercise, having strong reasons to live, having a positive support group, being in the company of healers such as John of God can have a positive impact, and that the vibration/frequency and energy we are vibrating at is important.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I bought this book because my husband is a cancer survivor. While I appreciate the basic advice the author gave, I did not realize there would be so much supernatural airy-fairy nonsense. A lot of talk about god and clairvoyance and energy healing. It was all too much for my cynical brain.I suppose religious types might appreciate this book otherwise be aware that this is very new-age/religious in nature. I did not finish it.The 2.5 stars are for the basic advice of diet, exercise, stress reduction etc.
