      *Warning• This audiobook seems to have gotten merged with another called “The last Drop Of Blood” so there is the annoying situation where each book is alternating chapters with the other.

      Historical escapist fiction at some of its finest. 4th instalment of this addictive series following the military campaigns of Caesar.

      Written in the 3rd person with one of Caesar’s generals, Fronto as the chief protagonist drinking and fighting his way through a story chock full of nonstop action.

      Great narrator.
