- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I think it was hard to view anger as a good thing, but this book helped me realize that we needed this emotion to do certain things or be a certain person. I believe I saved this book in the hopes of understanding a person in my life and how to help him. Years passed and I finally got a chance to listen to this, only to find terms on how I feel in my current situation. I will continue meditation in order to deal with my feelings and will try to incorporate journaling too. I have rated it 4 stars only because I felt like it was too short.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This was a good book with some great tips on how to manage anger!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Counting till ten never worked for me or maybe my counts were faster but I agree with the exercise technique. It really helps even in the emotional aspect.
