There is now a significant amount of research that demonstrates the health benefits of vegetarian and plant-based diets, which have been associated with a reduced risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and some types of cancer as well as increased longevity. The author explains the meaning of vegan diet and how does it work. It also explains the different foods that are considered vegan. The book also contains several recipes both meals and smoothies that are totally yummy. I actually belief vegan food was boring, however I have tried some of the smoothie recipes, and they are impressive! This book is definitely a wonderful source for anyone who wanna try vegan diet. I just can’t think of enough meals and recipes that comprise of no meat at all. I am very happy to have this book. Not only did I get more recipes, I got more ideas for food that I can mix-and-match and customize to achieve my goal of becoming a vegan. They all look delicious and easy to prepare. I’m excited to try them all!
