    To be honest i was a cigarette addict and i used to smokes 20 cigarette per day. Then my friend suggested me this audiobook. I listened this audiobook and ti gave me a positive thinking. Slowly slowly i quitted smoking and now my life is Smoking free. (highly recommended) because this audiobook has changed my life !!

    Took me two reads but I’m smokefree for two years after 11 smoking. I did use some nicotine replacement but the book is a great guide on getting into the quitting mindset. Gave to my mother after I quit, and she quit after 20 years of smoking. It’s 1.5 years later and still smoke free. I tell everyone about it

    A great idea was placed behind this book and it introduces a very nice and trustful methodology for leaving a bad smoking habit. All of us know, that smoking is a very bad habit and it directly affects our health and there is no formal method to recover those effects.     I love this audio book. It helped me a lot.When you decide to quit smoking, it can help to find out what to expect as you work through the process. Some people have only a few mild symptoms when they quit but others find it harder. While withdrawal can be challenging, it can help if you look at the symptoms as signs that your body is recovering from the damage smoking has caused.
