About this audiobook

"Roses are red, violets are blue, stay away from Andrew Watson's *ahem* because no other women ever do."

That's quite the way to start a conversation at a casual lunch, huh? Grilled chicken, French fries, and pelvic-fatigue, oh my! And that's not even the worst of it.

My friend Raquel didn't pull any punches when she warned me about my brand-new costar and his notoriously player-esque ways. Apparently, my most important mission on my first role in a feature film is to stay immune to his charms.

Are you kidding me? Production costs on this movie are in the hundreds of thousands a day, and staying away from him is supposed to be at the top of my list? Pfft. Puh-lease.

It doesn't matter that he's annoyingly attractive, uber rich, crazy famous, and lusted after by ninety percent of the female population; Andrew Watson is trouble with a capital T-especially for a woman like me. As a preventative measure, I've decided to go ahead and hate him.

Don't worry, you guys, I'm completely in control. There's absolutely no way I'm going to do something stupid like fall in love with him. I can hate the player but still secretly love his addictive game. I'm sure of it.

Contains mature themes.

Nice story but I’m a little exasperated with the female main character. Does the author seriously need to make a supposedly empowered main female character stupidly wordless when she’s nervous that she needs constant saving from the main male character or help to take her to a hotel room where they very coincidentally begin having sex, or stun her with pot marihuana brownies to make the character get into his house naked and in his bed, making him the hero or gentleman and have a “legitimate reason” for her to fall in love with him. It’s just that she seems to be such a strong and intelligent character sometimes, to fall into so many stupid scenarios that reduce her to moronic behaviors just to get them together or give the main male character the chance to shine that it makes sometimes the story very stupid. It’s a super light romance story to read when you are bored with nice and sassy characters, but that’s it. It really made me think why most erotic romance novels need to reduce women to brainless or wanton damisels in distress that need to be saved. Aren’t there more creative scenarios to make a plot? Maybe I’m being a little hard with this but it’s just that the scenes where they get together or begin having chemistry are so cliché or moronic that it downgrades the whole story.

(Andrew & Birdie): Birdie (Billie's younger sister and country singer) is up for a role in a movie. Her co-star is her brother in law's friend and known player, Andrew. Right away these two are hilariously like oil and water. They banter nonstop throughout the book. Deep down, there's a magnetic connection. While working the movie, they also become closer and eventually become intimate and WOW! it's just hot. It's a really great story but it of the three in this series, it's not my favorite.
