About this audiobook

Neural-pathways are elongated brain neurons that connect one side of the nervous system with the other. They are created basically when we perform a task. As we replicate the movement, the neural pathway gets stronger. For the first time, we do a job with our conscious mind (present thought mind), and then, when we repeat, it goes into our subconscious mind (auto-pilot mind). The action is familiar, and the subconscious mind takes over and acts on auto-pilot. The subconscious mind is where they store our habits.

Even if you have the new team leader with the most excitement, some bad habits are likely to fall. These arise because of a lack of knowledge, others because of weak role models, or shifts in perceptions. Recognizing them early is the key so you can take the appropriate action. When you leave it too long, they will find it much harder to change their ways.

It's for those who are flying high already and want to fly higher. If you're just getting started with improving your life, this might be too fast or too advanced for you. That said, if you want to go higher and faster, I'm sure this book won't hurt, but it's a bit like a master's degree is going to be more beneficial if you already have a bachelor's degree.

This book, HPH, is so good that I've already given two copies away to friends, only hope they read and apply the habits. Plan to start a book club type meeting with fellow agents in the office to discuss HPH.

In my opinion, this book isn't for, how should I say this? Beginners. It's for those who are flying high already and want to fly higher. That said, if you want to go higher and faster, I'm sure this book won't hurt, but it's a bit like a master's degree is going to be more beneficial if you already have a bachelor's degree.

I’ll be referring High Performance Habits regularly and checking on my progress. As a Certified High Performance Coach, I’ll be recommending this book to all my clients and just about anyone I know. I know it will transform their lives and help them step into the people they know they can be. Plus, it will help them achieve their goals.

This book is must read and well worth the money. You probably can go and get HPH for free by purchasing the book directly from Brendon Dot Com. Competitive corporations are paying to have their employees trained in these habits so you need to read this book just to stay competitive and up to date.

This book gives you a basic guide for life and having a successful career which is a monumental achievement after years of research and coaching by Burchard. This book is the real deal.

The material is based on much research and scientific study, so the conclusions are reliable. It isn't a sales book, although he refers to his other resources, but everyone can choose to take advantage of them, or not. Don't let the negative reviews sway you, if you come with an open mind, you'll learn.

This book really challenged the way I think. To be honest, I haven't implemented much because I'm still struggling to find my passion. I listened to the book recording while going through the written book and I learned a lot. I marked the book up with notes and marks that I use when digesting a book

I highlighted most of this book; I had a hard time identifying anything I didn’t want to highlight! And its pages are decorated with an entire package of Post-It notes so I can find the most important sections easily.

If you are looking for a method of actually accessing your thoughts and your mind and truly having the ability to "program" yourself just like a computer.,.you MUST get this book. You will learn how to decrease or eliminate negative thoughts. Techniques for being a better friend and communicator are unlike anything else I have found in other books.
