      I loked this book BUT - I agree with everyone else. This chicken cries way too much. To the point I would roll my eyes every time she started to cry. It also took her a long time to figure out who her investor was when I was obvious from the beginning. Also...... This book was WAY too long. It could have ended around chapters 25. If the overzealous drama was cut out, then for sure, chapter 22 could have been the last chapter. I'm not sure I'll read anything else from this author without checking the reviews to see if any other books are set up this way.

      Ok, so this book is a no from me. Annoying. I mean come on, what girl/woman would say no to a guy that’s super into her and he spoils her rotten?! I haven’t made it further than chapter 9. maybe the best part is afterwards?

      By far the best story I’ve listened to in a long time!!! I get every emotion with the characters… laughed with them, cried them and even finished their sentences a couple of times. Thats how great a listen this book was!!! Absolutely love it

      The premise of the book is unusual, but as a die-hard romance novel reader, I loved it. The novel was full of drama and tears, and just as I thought that the two main characters would get their happy ending, something else happened. More tears, more anixst. Then, the happy ending.

      Wow was this wordy and not in a good way. A perfect example was chapter 40ish - the fake scene - this was so unnecessary and wtf considering the activities that happened before, it felt like the author forgot the storyline when they wrote that scene.

      About a quarter way through I had started wondering if the excessive tropes were an intentional game to see when readers would quit or if they were being paid by trope.

      Finished cause I was away from wifi with nothing else available.

      I read this book through a game but due the fact that you had to chooise actions. A lot of the story was lost and I am so glad I got to read//listen the complete story. Loved if, it felt dragged out at some stages but the storyline is so true to reality. Hope to read more of this authors books.

      It was an all types of emotions but a great book to listen.It had me at point were I just wanted to scream with the narrator. After all it was just an amazing book. I recommend if you’re into that fairytale life.

      I loved the story ! My only complaint would be that the author is highly descriptive regarding her characters thoughts and that’s not particularly my thing.

      It was a good book. A bit too long and repetitive sometimes : at one point i felt like it wasn't going anywhere because of Ash. I liked Ryder because he knew what he wanted even though some parts were too cheesy, even for me.
      I really liked the narration which helped getting into the story and listening it for hours straight.

      Awesome book! Could not stop listening which was a pain due to length of book!! The main character girl Astrid was lovely and obviously had been emotionally abused by her first fiance and had those issues to deal with. Ryder was at times too good to be true and could spoil you got any other man with his thoughtfulness and generosity. I did enjoy seeing a slightly nasty side at one point so he wasn't so perfect. Be good to follow Olivia's story now as that sounds complicated and intriguing

      The female character is STUPID!!!!!! AND VERY VERY ANNOYING!! Yes she was hurt before, but does she have to be so stupid about everything from then on?? I only finished it coz I was in love with Ryder.

      Wayyy too long! Loved the storyline but if I had to hear “the Ryder Van Woodsen” one more time I wanted to scream. The female character was very emotionally unstable.
