Veronica's journey to find her true call...view moreVeronica Perry is an eclectic author who not only writes erotica romance, but also enjoys writing in other genres and in various subgenres. Veronica's journey to find her true calling and purpose in life has been a long one. She has worn many hats in the work field that were mundane and unsatisfying.
Veronica's incomparable desire to continue searching for answers to a more meaningful life finally began to surface in the fall of 2003 while attending college. It was through writing in her Humanities class that awakened Veronica with enthusiasm, introducing to her passion with the Professor planting the first seed, strongly suggesting she change her major to pursue writing for a living. In 2004, Veronica's sister introduced her to genealogy which bloomed her into fully understanding the true meaning of what a passion is along with the awareness that research and writing was her calling. Later, more seeds were planted when in the summer of 2005, Veronica's dad told her that she should consider becoming a writer based on the letters she's written to him.
However, due to hardships and setbacks Veronica's path to pursue writing was delayed. Then in 2012, Veronica got her jump start when she met a new friend, a like-minded person with the same aspirations. This inspired Veronica to push herself to turning to her passions as a writer.
To date, Veronica has published her first erotica short story, A Neighbor's Sweet Revenge. She has also written three erotica romance short stories which is a series to The Secret Sexual Treaty, planned to be released this year. With the fourth part of the short story series nearing completion. A continuation of future stories will be added to eventually have the series short stories converted into a book as well for the readers. Other future stories to be published will include various topics in the realm of erotica including paranormal romance to give the readers a wide selection to choose from to accommodate their interests.
Outside of fiction, other projects Veronica has lined up are two nonfiction books. The first book titled, "Just Give Me My Jump Start" that reflects on her life. While another nonfiction book, not titled yet will talk about Veronica's experiences in the phone sex industry as a Phone Sex Actress.
Veronica's heart's desire is to become a full-time writer. To taste life and live it happily on her own terms. To grow her soul through positive new experiences, meeting creative like-minded people, and making new friends. And, to some day have the opportunity to travel across the U.S. to experience the many charms it has to offer.
Veronica was born in Monroe, Michigan and raised in Florida. She earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She has a son, Shawn, and enjoys spending her time with family and friends. Her favorite past time besides writing is looking for good finds at thrift stores, flea markets, and yards sales. She also enjoys camping, genealogy, reading a good book, watching a good movie, or an inspiring biography and good documentary that interests her.
