She took a leap of faith, with the expectations to better her life, she dedicated herself to a lifelong commitment of self-care, self-love, and self-respect through the acts of self-nourishment. Throughout these times, she discovered her authentic self and her passion through the art of writing. Th e work she had to do required a team of dedicated individuals to help her rebuild her foundation to a better life. She was able to be inspired by the selfl ess acts of the compassionate people that helped her along her journey of enlightenment. Th ough it was all a journey to begin with, she was able to grow rather than shrivel up and die like most do spiritually or physically; and that stemmed from the choice to live a better life.view less
